Orders/Payments
On acceptance of an order payment in full, or a deposit of 10% will be required, balance required on collection or delivery.
Sale/Ex-Display items to be paid in full on day or purchase and collection/delivered within 7 days (Non Refundable)
Ordered goods will be stored up to 1 month free of charge (Sales items 7 days).
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the goods are suitable for their requirements (i.e. water pressure, bathroom size etc.)

Delivery
Delivery charge (ex-display/sales items only) £40.00 Inc VAT
Buyers are advised to only commit to an installation schedule once the goods have been delivered and checked.
All installation/assembly instructions must be studied prior to installation. We accept no responsibility for installations carried out by others.
To enable us to offer a competitively priced delivery service, Windsor Bathrooms delivery vehicles are manned by the driver only.
Please ensure Suitable Assistance is available to off load the goods. Please Note £40 will be payable at time of delivery where no assistance is available.
Please note that our deliveries are made to ground floor level only.
The buyer must inspect and report any damages or shortages within 3 working days.

Collections
Contact the warehouse on (01782 626007) 24 hours prior to collection. (Mon-Friday between 9am & 4pm)

Cancellation by the buyer
Special order products can not be cancelled.
Cancellation of ordered goods is only allowed where suppliers accept returns; this will incur a 20% restocking charge.
Returned goods must be unopened, in original packaging and complete with Windsor Bathroom invoice.
Returns will not be considered or accepted after one month from date of delivery.

Terms of Warranty
manufacturers warranty commences on the date of purchase.
Windsor Bathrooms shall not be liable for any claim relating to any breach of warranty expressed or implied bought after 12 months of the date of delivery.

Tiling
Ceramic wall and floor tiles should be installed to manufacturers recommendations.
Under no circumstances should tiles be fixed in a uniform pattern unless stated by the manufacturer as an overall design.
